1. Definitions:
  • “Exhibitorly,” “we,” “us,” refers to the website and its operator Exhibitorly.
  • “User,” “you,” refers to anyone accessing or using the website.

  • “Exhibit Builder” refers to any partner, vendor, or service provider listed on the  Exhibitorly platform who offers exhibit design, construction, or related services to exhibitors.
2. Services Overview:

Exhibitorly is a matchmaking platform for exhibitors and exhibit builders, currently in a testing phase for events such as CES 2026. All services are currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid or subscription-based offerings in the future.

3. Eligibility:

Use of our services is restricted to individuals aged 18 and older. By accessing the website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Intellectual Property:

All content on Exhibitorly—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the intellectual property of Exhibitorly or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may not:

  • Reproduce or redistribute website content without prior written consent.
  • Use any trademarks, logos, or branding for commercial purposes.
  • Sell, rent, or sublicense any material from this site.
5. By using Exhibitorly, you agree not to:
  • Violate any Indian laws or third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

  • Abuse or misuse the platform,
  • Engage in illegal or unethical conduct.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use signifies acceptance.

  • We make no guarantee that any design or cost proposals submitted by our listed partners (exhibit builders) will comply with any applicable federal, state, local, event, or venue guidelines or requirements.
  • We make no warranty or guarantee regarding the satisfaction, quality of execution, or deliverables promised by our partners. Any issues related to performance, service quality, or compliance are solely between the partner and the exhibiting company.
  • Exhibitorly does not take responsibility for any business transactions negotiated directly between exhibitors and exhibit builders listed on our platform. All agreements, deliverables, and disputes are solely between the parties involved.
  • When you use our request system to reach out to exhibit builders, your email and phone number will be shared only with the preferred partners you request. If you choose not to work with any builder, you may directly request that they delete your information from their records.
