Major Trade Shows in Las Vegas 2027: Dates, Venues & Exhibitor Guide
The best Las Vegas trade show depends on your industry, target buyers and exhibiting goals. Top options for 2027 include CES, SEMA, AAPEX, World of Concrete, NAB Show, MAGIC, and PACK EXPO. Choose based on buyer fit, show format, scale and total exhibiting cost not simply attendance.
Las Vegas is one of the busiest trade show markets in the US, but the biggest event on the calendar is not necessarily the best one for your business.
What matters is who the show attracts, what those buyers are looking for and whether the event gives you a realistic opportunity to reach them. A specialist show with the right buyers can be a better investment than a much larger event where your product gets lost among hundreds of competitors.
We've selected 15 major Las Vegas trade shows for 2027 across technology, construction, fashion, automotive, manufacturing, jewellery, packaging and other major industries. Every show below has a confirmed 2027 Las Vegas date, and we've included the practical exhibiting considerations that are easy to miss when you're simply looking at a trade show calendar.

CES 2027: Jan 6–9 | Las Vegas Convention Center and other Las Vegas venues

CES is the obvious event to consider if you're launching or demonstrating consumer technology. It is also one of the easiest shows on this list to overspend on.
The event spreads across the Las Vegas Convention Center and other venues, which means location matters. So does the reason you're there. A company launching genuinely new technology can benefit from the concentration of media, buyers and technology companies. A company mainly looking to hold scheduled meetings with existing customers may not need the same level of visibility.
The competition is another consideration. A polished booth isn't enough when the surrounding floor is full of companies with polished booths.
Best for: consumer electronics, hardware, AI, connected products, emerging technology and consumer-facing technology.
Exhibitor consideration: Decide whether you're exhibiting for product launch, media exposure, customer meetings, lead generation or some combination. Your booth strategy should follow that objective.
PPAI Expo 2027: Jan 11–14 | Mandalay Bay Convention Center
PPAI Expo is the specialist show for the promotional products industry. The 2027 event is scheduled for January 12–14, with PPAI Advance on January 11. The organiser says the show will feature more than 250,000 products from over 1,000 exhibiting companies across a one-million-square-foot floor.
That scale is useful if you sell into the branded merchandise channel, but it doesn't make the show relevant to everyone selling consumer products. The audience is highly specific: distributors, suppliers and other professionals working within promotional products.
For exhibitors, the challenge is showing enough of the range without turning the booth into a catalogue on walls. Buyers need to understand the product line quickly and see what makes it worth adding to their offering.
Best fit: promotional products, branded merchandise, corporate gifting and suppliers serving the promotional products industry.
Exhibitor consideration: Lead with the products and categories buyers are most likely to want to sell. Don't make visitors work through your entire catalogue to find them.
World of Concrete 2027: Jan 19–21 | Las Vegas Convention Center

World of Concrete is focused specifically on commercial concrete and masonry construction. The 2027 exhibits run January 19–21, with education beginning January 18.
The important exhibiting difference is that this is a working-equipment environment. The show includes indoor and outdoor exhibits, demonstrations and equipment aimed at construction professionals.
If a buyer needs to see your machine, tool or system working before they can seriously evaluate it, the exhibit should be built around that demonstration. If your product can be assessed from specifications and samples, there is less reason to take on the additional complexity of a large equipment display.
Best for: construction equipment, concrete and masonry products, tools, materials and commercial construction technology.
Exhibitor consideration: Design the exhibit around how buyers evaluate the product, not simply around how much floor space the product occupies.
SHOT Show 2027: Jan 19–22 | Venetian Expo + Caesars Forum

SHOT Show is a trade-only event serving the shooting, hunting, outdoor and related security markets.
Its specialist audience is one of its biggest advantages. Exhibitors aren't spending time explaining the broader category to a general consumer audience; most visitors already understand the market and are there to source products, meet suppliers and evaluate what's new.
The logistical side of exhibiting can be more complicated, however. Depending on the products involved, documentation, handling and shipping requirements need to be incorporated into the planning process rather than left until move-in.
Best for: firearms, ammunition, shooting, hunting, outdoor recreation and security-related products.
Exhibitor consideration: Treat product logistics and compliance as part of exhibit planning, not as a separate task after the booth is booked.
Las Vegas Market: January 24–28 | World Market Center Las Vegas

Las Vegas Market is different from most convention-centre trade shows on this list. It operates as a wholesale marketplace, bringing buyers and sellers together across furniture, home décor and gift categories. The 2027 Winter Market runs January 24–28, and the organiser says the campus represents more than 3,500 brands.
That marketplace model changes how brands should think about exhibiting. Buyers aren't simply walking the floor looking for something interesting; they're sourcing products for their businesses.
The environment therefore needs to make the collection easy to understand and easy to buy. Presentation matters, but so does the practical information a buyer needs to make a sourcing decision.
Best for: furniture, home décor, gifts, accessories, lighting and related wholesale products.
Exhibitor consideration: Think like a showroom, not a billboard. Buyers need to understand the collection, price positioning and product range quickly.
TISE 2027: February 2-4 | Mandalay Bay
The International Surface Event brings together the flooring, stone and tile industries, making it a particularly relevant event for manufacturers and suppliers selling specification-led products.
This is a category where physical samples do a lot of the selling. Buyers need to see texture, finish, colour and quality rather than simply look at a graphic representation of the product.
That makes lighting, product presentation and sample organisation more important than simply adding more graphics to the booth.
Best for: flooring, tile, stone, surfaces, installation products and related design materials.
Exhibitor consideration: Give buyers an easy way to compare products. If they have to search through dozens of samples to find the relevant range, the exhibit is doing too much work in the wrong direction.
IBS + KBIS 2027 - February 2–4 | Las Vegas Convention Center
The International Builders' Show and Kitchen & Bath Industry Show bring together major parts of the residential construction and design market during Design & Construction Week.
KBIS itself is confirmed for February 2–4 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with more than 600 exhibitors expected in 2027. The show describes itself as North America's largest trade show for residential design and specification, attracting designers, architects, specifiers and builders.
For exhibitors, the combination is useful because products can reach buyers beyond their narrow category. A kitchen product, for example, may also be relevant to builders, designers or broader residential projects.
Best for: building products, kitchen and bath, cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, surfaces and residential construction technology.
Exhibitor consideration: If your product has crossover applications, staff and message the booth accordingly. Don't assume every visitor is there for exactly the same category.
Manifest 2027: Feb 8–10 | The Venetian
Manifest focuses on supply chain and logistics technology rather than a broad industry audience. Its 2027 programme is aimed at shippers, logistics professionals, technology companies, startups, investors and other decision-makers.
That makes it a different kind of exhibiting opportunity from a huge general trade show. You don't necessarily need thousands of people walking past your booth. You need the right people to understand what your technology solves.
A logistics platform with a clear use case for a specific type of shipper has a much easier story to tell than a company trying to appeal to “supply chain” in general.
Best fit: logistics technology, freight, transportation, supply chain software, warehousing and related B2B technology.
Exhibitor consideration: Make the first few seconds of the pitch specific. “We help companies reduce logistics costs” is broad; a clearly defined problem and buyer is much easier to act on.
MAGIC Las Vegas 2027: Feb 16–18 | Las Vegas Convention Center

MAGIC is one of the major fashion buying events in Las Vegas, covering apparel, footwear, accessories and related categories. The 2027 event runs February 16–18 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The organiser reports more than 16,900 attendees and 800 brands from its 2026 Las Vegas event, with 80% buying power on the show floor.
Here, the booth is part of the brand presentation.
A fashion buyer can assess your product line quickly, but they'll also form an impression of the brand from the environment around it. A smaller, well-merchandised space can therefore outperform a larger generic booth.
Best for: fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories and related consumer brands.
Exhibitor consideration: Put more thought into merchandising and brand presentation than simply increasing square footage.
NAB Show 2027: Apr 4–7 | Las Vegas Convention Center

NAB Show brings together the media and entertainment technology industry, covering areas well beyond traditional broadcasting, including streaming, AI, cloud, production, audio and content creation. The 2027 exhibits run April 4–7, with the broader event beginning April 3.
The challenge for exhibitors is differentiation. The floor is full of technically sophisticated products, and a booth covered in specifications can look remarkably similar to the one next door.
Demonstration is often the better approach. Show the workflow, the problem being solved or the result your product creates rather than relying on a list of features.
Best for: broadcast, streaming, media technology, production, audio/video and content creation.
Exhibitor consideration: Demonstrate the outcome, not just the technology.
JCK Las Vegas 2027: June 4–7 | Venetian Expo
JCK is the major jewellery and watch trade event in Las Vegas, with the 2027 edition scheduled for June 4–7 at the Venetian Expo. The organiser's 2026 figures included more than 30,000 industry professionals, 1,800+ exhibiting brands and attendees from 120 countries; 95% of attendees reported influence on buying decisions.
This is a very different exhibiting environment from a general consumer show. Security, appointment management and product presentation all matter because the products being displayed can be high-value and the buying conversations are often highly targeted.
The booth therefore needs to support private or controlled conversations as well as product discovery.
Best for: jewellery, watches, gemstones, diamonds, luxury accessories and industry suppliers.
Exhibitor consideration: Plan security and meeting space at the same time as the visual design. At JCK, those are operational requirements, not optional extras. The show also uses enhanced security measures including badge validation and weapons detection.
AWFS Fair 2027: Jul 13–15 (distributor-only day Jul 12) | LVCC West Hall
AWFS Fair focuses on woodworking and furniture manufacturing, with the 2027 event scheduled for July 13–15 in the West Hall. Distributor-only access is available on July 12.
This is another show where equipment demonstrations can be more persuasive than an elaborate static display.
A machinery buyer wants to understand how the equipment performs, how it fits into production and what it can do that their current setup cannot. If the machine is sitting idle because the booth doesn't have enough space or infrastructure for a proper demonstration, much of the reason to exhibit it is lost.
Best for: woodworking machinery, furniture manufacturing equipment, cabinetry, tools, hardware and materials.
Exhibitor consideration: If the product needs to run, give it enough room and infrastructure to run properly.
PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2027: Sept 27–29 | Las Vegas Convention Center
PACK EXPO Las Vegas returns September 27–29, 2027, bringing together packaging and processing suppliers with end users across more than 40 vertical industries. The organiser expects around 2,300 exhibitors and more than 30,000 industry professionals.
The scale is important, but so is the physical nature of the show. PACK EXPO specifically highlights full-scale machinery running on the show floor, sometimes with actual sample products.
That means exhibit planning starts well before graphics. Equipment dimensions, freight, power, installation and demonstrations all affect what the booth needs to be.
Best for: packaging machinery, processing equipment, automation, materials and technology serving packaged-goods manufacturers.
Exhibitor consideration: Start with machinery and logistics requirements. Then design the booth around them.
AAPEX 2027: November 2–4 | Venetian Expo + Caesars Forum
AAPEX is one of the major events for the automotive aftermarket, bringing together manufacturers, distributors, retailers, service chains and other professionals across the vehicle service and parts industry. The 2027 event is confirmed for November 2–4. The organiser says exhibitors can reach more than 49,000 targeted buyers and the key decision-makers across the automotive aftermarket.
The audience is commercially focused, so product discovery needs to connect quickly to the buyer's business. Parts, tools, diagnostic technology and workshop products all need a clear explanation of where they fit into the aftermarket supply chain.
Best for: automotive parts, tools, diagnostics, repair equipment, service technology and aftermarket products.
Exhibitor consideration: Make the commercial application obvious. Buyers need to understand not just what the product is, but where it fits in their business.
SEMA Show 2027: November | Las Vegas Convention Center

SEMA is one of the most important Las Vegas shows for the automotive aftermarket and should be on the calendar of any company selling into the performance, accessories, customisation or specialty-equipment market.
The visual competition is intense. Vehicles, product displays, demonstrations and branded environments compete for attention across the show floor, so a conventional product booth can disappear quickly.
SEMA also gives exhibitors opportunities beyond the main booth. Its New Products Showcase, for example, is positioned by SEMA as a major destination for buyers and media looking for new products.
Best for: automotive aftermarket, performance products, accessories, customisation, powersports and specialty equipment.
Exhibitor consideration: Think beyond the booth. If you have a genuinely new product, build your launch and product-discovery strategy around the other visibility opportunities available at the show.
G2E 2027: October | The Venetian
Global Gaming Expo is the major Las Vegas event for the gaming and casino industry, bringing together gaming technology, equipment, systems, services and operators.
It is particularly relevant for B2B technology and equipment companies because the audience is highly concentrated. You are not trying to attract a general crowd; you are trying to reach casino operators, technology buyers and other professionals with purchasing authority.
That makes the sales conversation more important than raw foot traffic.
Best for: casino technology, gaming equipment, payments, systems, security, digital gaming and gaming services.
Exhibitor consideration: Build the booth around demonstrations and conversations. If the product requires explanation, create a clear path from initial demonstration to a private sales discussion.

Planning your 2027 Las Vegas trade show calendar
You don't need to exhibit at every major Las Vegas show to make the city work for your business.
Start by identifying the events where your buyers are concentrated. Then compare the cost of exhibiting with the value of the meetings, leads and sales opportunities you realistically expect to generate.
Once you've chosen the show, the booth becomes a much easier decision. A machinery company exhibiting at PACK EXPO or AWFS has very different requirements from a fashion brand at MAGIC or a technology company at CES. Floor space, demonstrations, meeting areas, storage, power and installation requirements should all follow the purpose of the exhibit.
If you're comparing exhibit builders for your 2027 Las Vegas shows, Exhibitorly's Las Vegas trade show resources can help you compare options based on the event you're attending and the type of booth you need.
The best Las Vegas trade show isn't necessarily the biggest one. It's the one that puts you in front of the right buyers. With enough opportunity to turn those conversations into business.
