Food and Beverage Trade Shows 2027: 10 US Shows for Exhibitors
Food and beverage trade shows in 2027 run from January to September across San Francisco, Orlando, Anaheim, Boston, Indianapolis, Chicago, New York and Miami Beach. Each draws a different buyer: natural and organic retailers at Expo West, specialty food buyers at the Fancy Food shows, restaurant operators at the NRA Show, product developers at IFT FIRST, and dairy-deli-bakery buyers at IDDBA. This guide compares 10 shows by dates, city, audience and what to plan for.
Food and beverage trade shows in 2027 will take you from specialty food buyers in San Francisco to natural and organic retailers in Anaheim, restaurant operators in Chicago, and international buyers in Miami. But these shows are not interchangeable. Where you exhibit should depend on what you sell, who you need to meet, and how they buy.
A specialty food brand has a different reason to exhibit at Fancy Food than an ingredient supplier has at IFT FIRST. A natural products company may find its audience at Expo West, while a foodservice equipment manufacturer belongs at NAFEM or the NRA Show.
This guide breaks down 10 major US food and beverage trade shows in 2027 by date, location, audience and exhibitor fit, so you can build a show calendar around your actual buyers, not simply choose the biggest event on the list.
