McCormick Place Events 2027: Month-by-Month Convention Calendar

This calendar lists the year's scheduled events by month, including HIMSS27, ProMat, the National Restaurant Association Show, ASCO, IFT FIRST, ASTRO and RSNA. It also highlights overlapping shows, building locations and dates that matter when planning exhibit labor, freight and hotel bookings.

Planning a 2027 show at McCormick Place
- Check the building. The campus is large, and each building has its own halls and loading docks. Your show's exhibitor manual names the halls and the official contractors.
- Watch the busy periods. HIMSS27 runs April 5–8, followed by ProMat April 19–21. In September, ASRT and ASTRO overlap, followed by WEFTEC later in the month. For overlapping or closely spaced shows, book exhibit labor, freight and hotels early.
- Confirm dates with the organizer. Venue calendars and show sites can differ, and some 2027 shows are not on the venue calendar yet.
- Plan other cities too. For Las Vegas dates, see the Las Vegas convention calendar. For factory and automation shows, see the manufacturing trade show calendar.
