About MRO Americas
MRO Americas brings aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul professionals, airlines, suppliers and aviation technology companies together at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. The 2026 event attracted more than 19,000 attendees and 1,075 exhibitors.
The exhibition covers aircraft maintenance, parts, services, technology and other aviation solutions. Exhibitors use the show to demonstrate products, meet airline buyers and build new business relationships.
MRO Americas 2027 takes place in Orlando from April 13–15. With the event opening earlier than in 2026, exhibitors should give their booth builder the booth number, size, open sides and display requirements early so the design and logistics can be planned in time.
Dates and hours are from the official MRO Americas venue and timings page. The 2026 show used the OCCC North/South Concourse. For 2027 it moves to the West Concourse, so plan freight and move-in for the new hall.
MRO Americas 2027 Floor Plan and Booth Locations
The MRO Americas 2027 floor plan is live. Booth space options are on the official Become an Exhibitor page.
Our advice. Give your builder your booth number, size, open sides and neighbors before design starts. These decide where your product displays, parts or engine components, and meeting space should face.
MRO Americas Exhibitor List
The official MRO Americas exhibitor list shows who is exhibiting. Check who is near your booth and how large their spaces are. It helps you and your builder plan sightlines and stand out in your aisle.
Why MRO Americas Booth Builders Plan Early
The facts. MRO Americas 2026 drew 19,000 attendees, 1,075 exhibitors and 2,000+ airline buyers from 93 countries, according to the show.
What that means. Many exhibitors offer similar services, from component repair and engine overhaul to parts and tooling. Your booth needs to explain your capability quickly to airline buyers walking the aisle.
Our advice. Talk to builders early, before the 2027 booth design approval and advance-order deadlines are published. In 2026, design approval was due about ten weeks before the show.
MRO Americas Booth Options: Custom, Rental and Modular
Custom MRO Americas booths
A custom build fits brands with a large island, heavy product displays, or a booth they plan to reuse. See how custom trade show booths are designed and built.
MRO Americas booth rental
Renting suits first-time exhibitors and brands that change their booth each year. It can give you a custom look without the long-term storage and ownership costs of a purchased booth. Compare trade show booth rentals.
Modular MRO Americas booths
Modular systems can be reconfigured across different booth sizes and layouts, making them useful for brands that exhibit at several aviation shows a year. Learn about modular booth systems.
MRO Americas Better Stands Program
Aviation Week's Better Stands program asks exhibitors and their contractors to move away from single-use stands toward reusable or recyclable structures. Aviation Week's current Better Stands guidance says raw space stands must meet at least Bronze level. Confirm the 2027 requirement in the exhibitor manual.
What that means for your builder. Ask each builder how their design meets the Bronze level, and whether it can reach Silver or Gold. Reusable and modular builds usually make this easier.
MRO Americas Booth Design Tips for Aviation Brands
- Show real hardware. A component, tool or engine part gives visitors something tangible to see and discuss.
- Plan for weight and power. Heavy displays and demo equipment need floor load, rigging and power planned early.
- Make room for buyer meetings. Airline and MRO buyers come to talk contracts. Give them a seated space away from the aisle.
- Keep the headline short. One line on the capability you sell, readable from the aisle.

Using an EAC at MRO Americas
Exhibitors can use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), subject to MRO Americas' 2027 requirements. In 2026, EACs had designation, insurance and per-booth fee requirements, set out in the MRO Americas EAC rules. Your builder should handle the EAC paperwork and confirm the 2027 requirements before move-in.
MRO Americas Move-In, Move-Out and Deadlines (Historical Guidance)
The 2027 schedule is not published yet. The 2026 show gives a sense of the timing:
- Booth design approval (2026): Due February 6, 2026.
- EAC designation (2026): Due March 23, 2026. Insurance certificates were due April 3, 2026.
- Advance warehouse (2026): Freeman accepted freight from March 19, 2026, with a penalty-free deadline of April 9, 2026.
- Move-in (2026): April 18–20, 2026, with targeted times on April 18–19.
- Move-out (2026): April 23–25, 2026.
Our advice. The 2027 hall opens Tuesday, April 13, about a week earlier in the calendar than 2026. Based on the 2026 schedule, plan to have your booth design ready by early February 2027, then confirm the actual deadline when the 2027 manual is released.
