How the week works: Black Hat runs as a multi-day program, with Trainings leading into a two-day main conference. In 2026, Trainings ran August 1–4, Summit Day was August 4, and the Briefings, keynotes and Business Hall ran August 5–6, according to Black Hat.

GSX (Global Security Exchange) is run by ASIS International, a membership organization for security management professionals. After Atlanta in 2026, it moves to Orlando for 2027.
