ISC West Booth Design Tips for Security Brands
- Show the product working. A live camera feed or a working access-control door says more than a spec sheet.
- Plan power and network early. Demos fail when bandwidth or outlets are an afterthought.
- Split demo and meeting space. Integrators and end users want hands-on time. Buyers want a quiet place to talk.
- Keep the headline short. One line on what you solve, readable from the aisle.
- Check demo limits. In 2025, drones could only fly inside a confined netted demo area. Confirm the 2027 rule.

ISC West Exhibitor Rules for Booth Builders (Historical Guidance)
The 2027 exhibitor manual is not out yet. The points below come from the ISC West 2025 show guide and EAC rules. Treat them as historical guidance and confirm each one in the 2027 manual.
- Electrical (2025): All booth electrical work, including lighting, was done only by Venetian Expo electricians.
- Material handling (2025): The 2025 guide named Freeman as the exclusive material handling provider on the show floor.
- Carpet (2025): Booths of 300 sq ft or less had carpet in the booth package. Booths of 400 sq ft and up had to bring or rent their own.
- Food and drink (2025): Food and beverage was controlled by the venue's food service.
ISC West 2027 Floor Plan and Booth Locations
The Venetian Expo has multiple exhibit areas, so confirm your assigned booth location and move-in instructions in the 2027 exhibitor manual before you finalize your booth design. The show floor also includes ISC StartUps, a dedicated area for early-stage security companies.
Our advice. Before design starts, give your builder your booth number, size, open sides and neighbors. These decide where your demos, graphics and meeting space should face.

ISC West Move-In, Move-Out and Deadlines (Historical Guidance)
The 2027 move-in schedule and deadlines are not published yet. Past years give a sense of the timing:
- Installation (2025): EAC booth installation had to be finished by 5 PM on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, the day before the expo opened.
- Dismantle (2025): EAC dismantling had to be finished by 12 PM on Sunday, April 6, 2025.
- Move-in (2024): EAC move-in ran April 6–9, 2024, with the first two days for targeted exhibitors only.
- EAC registration (2024): Exhibitors had to name their EAC, and EACs had to register, by March 15, 2024.
- EAC insurance (2025): Certificates were due March 7, 2025.
Our advice. The 2027 expo opens Wednesday, April 7. Plan for EAC paperwork to be due in early March 2027, and confirm every date in the 2027 exhibitor manual. Also watch the advance-order deadlines for show services, badge registration and lead retrieval.

Using an EAC at ISC West
Exhibitors can use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), subject to ISC West's 2027 requirements. In 2025, approved EACs had registration, insurance, administrative-fee and credential requirements, as well as union and Nevada compliance obligations. Your builder should handle the EAC paperwork and confirm the 2027 requirements before move-in.

- Booth size and layout (inline, corner, peninsula or island)
- Custom build, rental or modular
